- Lead and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and integrating AI-driven enhancements into business processes.
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Client Experience to optimize workflows, resolve escalations, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Analyse data and key performance indicators to generate insights, support decision-making, and create impactful presentations and reports for leadership.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, while mentoring junior team members in coordination with the Assistant Manager.
Expected salary: 15000 per month
