Position Profile: This is an exciting opportunity for applicants with the appropriate skills and experience in policy and project management methodology, and advanced writing and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, coordinating and progressing key projects and initiatives
  • Monitoring and initiating reviews of clinical and non-clinical policies, and in consultation with relevant health professionals or associations develop protocols and policies to improve clinical service delivery.
  • Providing risk assessment advice and management of potential risks, benefits, costs and the State-wide impact in relation to proposed initiatives and strategies; and
  • Taking responsibility for research, analysis and evaluation of existing activities and new proposals within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.
