Job description: Job Description | Senior Project Manager – Oracle ERP Rollout & FinanceKey Responsibilities:Project Leadership and Delivery:i. Lead and manage large-scale IT digital & technology projects, includingOracle ERP rollout and Finance projects.ii. Manage all project activities, including vendor selection andmanagement, to achieve project outputs.iii. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and withinbudget.iv. Ensure a high level of team performance and efficiency through theimplementation of agile best practices.v. Oversee change management and communication activitiesStakeholder Management:i. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.ii. Communicate project progress to senior management and otherstakeholders effectively.iii. Address and resolve any issues and conflicts within the project team.Technical Expertise:i. Maintain a strong understanding of finance and Oracle ERP.ii. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and digitalsolutions to enhance business processes.iii. Work with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment withproject objectives.Risk and Issue Management:i. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.ii. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Strong end-to-end project management experience, including Finance andat least two Oracle ERP implementation and/or rollout projects• Solid functional and technical background, particularly with Oracle ERPand other Finance systems.• Strong knowledge of scrum and agile principles with hands-on experiencemanaging teams as a Scrum Master.• Good hands-on experience with Jira.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Engineering etc.• PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are mandatory.• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with provenexposure to senior stakeholder management up to C Level.• Min 6-7 years of recent experience within large corporate Finance isessential.• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.Desirable Attributes:• Arabic language skills• Previous experience from a global commercial / FMCG / manufacturingcompany.• A passion for digital innovation and continuous learning.
Expected salary: 20000 – 25000 per month
