- Oversee the daily preparation and production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on the products to ensure they meet the established standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and supervise the production team, ensuring that all staff members follow safety protocols and efficient production practices.
- Monitor ingredient levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
Expected salary: 8500 per month
