Remuneration: $127,372.36 – $130,818.75

To develop and maintain the Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Program and associated clinical duties for the network.
If you have:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia via Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with post graduate qualifications as defined by the award and a minimum of 6 months experience in the relevant specialty OR have a minimum three years’ experience in pharmacy, including not less than 12 months experience in the relevant specialty acceptable to the employer OR demonstrate a higher level of performance in clinical pharmacy practices as defined by the standards of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia as per the award as a pharmacist
- Application of high level clinical and operational pharmacy knowledge in solving complex medication issues
- Previous experience with, or an advanced level of knowledge of, hospital antimicrobial stewardship programs
