Our client, an established enterprise located in the Southeast of Melbourne, is a successful Fortune 200 Company operating across 57 countries globally. They seek a dynamic addition to their devoted payroll team to further enhance the organisation’s prosperity.
Job Description
Your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Performing end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
- Oversee and assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of payroll forms, records, and documents.
- Ensuring any payroll discrepancies and enquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare records related to payroll, such as, employee information, time sheets, benefits, salaries, and more.
- Participate in complex payroll support functions such as input of new employees, applications for terminations, contract adjustments and similar functions.
- Any additional ADHOC tasks that may be required of you.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will;
- Have end-to-end payroll experience, ideally with 500+ employees on the payroll.
- Have strong attention to detail, with appropriate knowledge of relevant awards and EBAs.
- Attain an ability to lead the payroll team, building influential relationships and drive improvement in the team.
