Job description: Responsibilities:Oversee and manage seamless day to day FZ Operations as agreed with line managerSupervise FZ Operations staff and extend support as and when needed.Support department in coordinating across governmental projects (such as ESR, DFZC, TEC) and cascading the requirements to the team to ensure that any governmental requirements are fulfilled and submitted in a timely mannerAssess and monitor the Technical Operating Infrastructure and engage with the Information Technology Team in BRD and UAT Sessions to continuously enhance the systems as needed.Liaise between internal Client stakeholders in order to fulfil requests in a timely and accurate manner as neededSupport Line Manager in regular maintenance of regulations, guidelines, and laws relevant for free zone licensingSupport line manager to strategize process improvementsBuild Team and capabilities through knowledge transfer to team members.Perform and complete any other duties as assigned by line Manager.Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.Required skills:Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 4 years relevant Free Zone experience in a similar capacity supporting a highly demanding management team in-house UAE/GCC experience preferred.Extensive knowledge of computer/ Reporting systemTrained to delivering awareness session or training on any new process for employees within the organisation.
Expected salary: 15000 – 17000 per month
