- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable firm(s) in the areas of IT infrastructure Network operations.
- Industry certifications like CCNP or equivalent, cisco certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
