The Pricing, Promo & Analytics Strategy Senior Manager is responsible for end-to-end Pricing, Promo and Analytics across USCA marketplace – all channels, all categories. You will also lead pulling together strategic merchandising agenda for the business, working closely with Sr. Director DTC Merchandising & Sr. Director Wholesale Merchandising. You will report into the VP of Merchandising.

About the Role

Pricing & Promotion:

Build a strategic pricing architecture with consumers at the core while protecting company KPIs for USCA for all categories

Seasonal pricing and margin review with MD and Leadership teams

Scenario modeling on potential prices moves, provide guidance and consultation regarding price

Currency monitoring for Canada pricing

Promote price/value discussion with local and global Taskforces especially on emerging/Tops business

Revenue/margin tool to brief COGS and setting Margin targets per price point for each category

Accurate execution on Pricing of Seasonal PC9s, late adds, SMUs, Licensing

Regular pricelists of all products and new additions per country/group/customer

Evaluate and assign promos in working with teams

Strategic Analytics & Reporting:

Detailed analytics for Product Performance Reporting (Monthly/Quarterly) presented to leadership team

Quarterly reporting of Prebook performance by MSRP / Quarterly reporting of DTC performance by MSRP / Seasonal investment per MSRP and PC9 / Seasonal ASP evolution

Performance for Seasonal DTC Flow

Seasonal Commonality check to assess long-tail

Seasonal strategic planning of growth drivers

Strategic focus reporting

Strategic SBP & AFP outline and consolidation in working with channel & Ops team

AI:

Further develop elasticity insights in collaboration with the AI team (promo expansion, cross elasticity)

Store Profiling and Optimal Store assortment in working with the DTC team

Competitive Landscape:

Analysis for each category: price points, architecture, sweet spots

Pricing over time of each competitor

Keywords, patterns, emerging trends

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing-related project leadership, and strategy development in a retail, consulting, or consumer-packaged goods environment

The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300 – $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
