Who knows where our shared journey will take you?Transform the everyday with usSiemens Financial Services (SFS) is using several internally and externally developed and operated systems for Business Support, including systems for risk analysis, document analysis and retrieval service as well as KYC, Reporting, Workflow and Contract-Management Systems.We are looking for a Senior Information Technology Solution Expert. This position will be based in Iselin, NJ.There are different systems for different use cases, which are constantly evolving. You will be part of an international team that is responsible for the maintenance and operation of these system, analyzing requirements as a bridge between the business and the software vendors or developers, coordinating the implementation and rollout of changes, do first tests of new deliveries and analyze problems.
- Alignment of requirements and business needs to have dedicated, and successful IT Products delivered
- Manage, Develop & support C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Java and SQL based applications
- Coordination, alignment & implementation of changes, incidents and service requests
- Running IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Following through with Operational Procedures and pre-Go Live Requisites
- Executing and organizing relevant testing procedures
- Implementing programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
- Design and document existing and changed IT operational processes.
- Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
- Performing 2nd-level user help desk activities as well as individual coaching and trainings.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Services
- 8+ years of experience in .NET, Java, C#, C++, SQL Server
- 15+ years of experience in developing and managing Web Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI) is a plus
- First experience with Mendix
- First experience with Diligent Software Solutions
- Experience with setting up Interfaces, SharePoint, Liferay and AI Tools
- Experience with Risk Tools and KYC Systems
- Experience with Ticketing Tools
- Analytical mindset
- Master’s degree
- Service oriented and displaying proactive communication
- Good interpersonal skillset
- Attention to detail

- The pay range for this position is $110,460-$189,360 and the annual incentive target will be 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
