? Salary: Up to AED 15,000/monthWe are currently seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and will play a key role in supporting core HR functions and employee life cycle processes.Key Responsibilities:Support full Employee Life Cycle (ELC) including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboardingManage payroll, compensation & benefits, and maintain up-to-date HRIS and employee recordsDraft and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and addendumsEnsure compliance with internal HR policies and UAE labour regulationsCoordinate HR projects, employee engagement activities, and handle grievance proceduresAssist in preliminary interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and schedule interviewsKey Requirements:University degree in Human Resources or PsychologyMinimum 2 years of HR experienceStrong experience in payroll, HRIS, C&B, data reporting, and general HR operationsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and UrduFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Elle Appleby
