Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on a range of human resource queries and opportunities arising from within the organization, in accordance with organizational policy and legislative requirements.
- Implement human resource best practice strategies and practices which contribute to the organization’s ability meet the identified HR outcome.
- Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects and priorities allocated.
- Consult with organizational stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices.
- Assist with a range of employee relations queries and projects, including dispute resolution and disciplinary investigations and other instances of conflict.
- Design and deliver organizational enablers based on unique change impacts, providing coaching and support to project teams accordingly – including building change plan, communication strategy, plan and key messages, and training strategy, plan, and materials.
- Develop insights that drive change management and functional decision making within internal structures and processes.
- Diagnose key opportunities for teams to work more effectively together, design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops in partnership with business leaders and human resources.
- Collaborate and partner across functions and divisions within our organization.
- Establish standardized metrics to measure cultural readiness, employee adoption, and effectiveness of change planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in HR, Org Development and Leadership or another related field, or 10+ year of HR experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR industry, human capital consulting and change management experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A culture and change steward with the proven ability to implement a metrics driven HR organization.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, complex initiatives enabled by new capabilities across the organization, with similar complexity as Brink’s.
- Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, support and deliver custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project.
- Ability to manage a deeply cross-functional program across markets.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change with an eagerness to learn, build relationships and demonstrate resilience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment partnering with multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills.
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Bronze Lean Leader certified and/or Project Management certification.
Professional Skills:
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Excellent analytical skills and must be detailed oriented
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
