Job description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Payroll for a) expatriates from HQ and b) regionally hired expatriates/staff
  • Locally Hired Staff and Staff Hired in HQ visa management
  • Health Insurance, Travel Insurance and Workmen’s Compensation {renewal/payment}
  • Locally Hired Staff / Staff Hired in HQ fringe benefit management
  • Application process for HQ staff Home leave, medical allowance, educational allowance, relocation expense
  • Organization and Manpower Charts
  • Supporting HR Audit
  • Manage staff data on Fairsail HR System
  • Manage HR related payments {Trainings, Fairsail license renewal, ..}
  • Responsible for Global Mobility (Arranging Assignment and Secondment Agreement related to Mobility cases)
  • Renewal of Service Agreement and related debit notes submission
  • Issue Internal & DIFC Salary Certificate as and when required
  • HR activities/event arrangements
  • Other task as requested from GM and DGM from time to time

  • Members of staff within regional offices, HQ
  • Vendor relationship
  • Team members
  • GM, DGM & Staff
  • Members of MEA Bloc regional office HR & Admin team and relevant Divisions in HQ
  • DIFC Registry, Executive Management, Government Services, Facility Provider
  • Any related Government offices, legal consultants, and vendors

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Good communications skills (verbal, written and listening) in English
  • Minimum experience in HR related matters
  • Good team working skills whilst having the ability to work independently
  • Advanced command of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Willingness to travel and entertain guests when required
  • Patience, empathy, understanding, and common sense.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Should be a self-motivated and reliable

individual

  • Ability to multi-task, manage shifting priorities and work within strict deadlines.

Experience:

  • Experience in administrative & HR support functions

Education:
? Undergraduate degree or equivalent
