  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulations.
  • Monitor production and service processes, identify quality issues, and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Facilitate training and coaching for team members to improve quality awareness and operational standards.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management:

  • Design and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs to improve awareness and adherence to safety protocols among all employees.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Implemented. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports on HSE metrics, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, standards, and industry best practices, and update internal policies as necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement projects related to quality and HSE to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for quality and HSE issues.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for achieving operational excellence.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to integrate quality and safety requirements into product designs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on quality and HSE performance, non-conformance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for quality and HSE matters, providing guidance to other departments and team members.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, health and safety, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001) and HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001).
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others on quality and HSE practices.
