The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#.Net Mongo DB WCF and Web API along with domain expertise in Payer. - Role: Senior Full Stack Developer.
- Location: St Louis, MO (Hybrid or Remote).
Roles/Responsibilities:Software Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using MongoDB, C#.Net, ASP, and Core .NET.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Ensure the software meets performance, quality, and security standards.
Monitoring and Solve:
- Apply Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify and resolve software issues and bugs promptly.
Partner Communication:
- Collaborate with project managers, healthcare professionals, and other customers to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical customers.
Ticket and Request Management:
- Respond to and resolve tickets and requests in a timely manner in ServiceNow & JIRA.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, C#.Net, ASP, and Core .NET.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Service now and other monitoring tools is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Certifications in relevant technologies.
