  • Plan and execute the annual training calendar across all brands in the UAE and wider region
  • Lead the training team to ensure delivery of brand-aligned, sales-driven training programs
  • Design cost-effective, impactful learning initiatives for store staff and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with HR and operations to assess performance metrics and training effectiveness
  • Continuously review and improve training content to ensure relevance and quality
  • Oversee LMS usage, training feedback analysis, and performance tracking systems
  • Facilitate product knowledge rollouts for new brand launches across the retail portfolio
  • Implement in-store learning programs, mock sessions, and feedback loops to boost sales conversion
  • Organize mystery shopping assessments to evaluate and enhance service delivery
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to learning best practices

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, training, or human resources, ideally within retail or service-driven sectors
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and developing learning tools
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and team leadership skills
  • Proven ability to coordinate large-scale training rollouts across diverse regions
  • Background in product knowledge dissemination, performance coaching, or sales enablement is preferred
