- Manage onboarding, document collection, probation tracking, and employee record maintenance
- Act as the first line of support for employee and line manager HR inquiries
- Support performance management, employee confirmation, internal transfers, and contract renewals
- Coordinate training schedules, HR programs, and engagement activities across functions
- Help implement approved HR actions such as relocations, promotions, and disciplinary steps
- Assist in policy rollouts, SOP compliance, and HR audit preparation
- Prepare reports on headcount, attrition, and internal mobility for business units
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in issuing HR letters and maintaining HRMS data
- Escalate employee relations concerns to senior HR leadership
Job RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a retail, FMCG, or hospitality environment
- Strong HRMS knowledge and hands-on experience in document handling and lifecycle coordination
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and reporting capabilities
- Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
