Our client in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Draughtsman to join their team in power contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and documents for power projects.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Drafting:
– Prepare detailed technical drawings and documents using AutoCAD and other software.
– Ensure that designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
2. Design Development:
– Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and refine designs.
– Ensure that designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
3. Document Control:
– Maintain accurate records of design documents, including drawings and specifications.
– Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and reflect changes to designs.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project objectives.
– Communicate design requirements, progress, and issues to project stakeholders.Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, drafting).
2. Experience:
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in drafting, preferably in power contracting.
– Proven experience in preparing technical drawings and documents.
3. Software:
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., Revit, MicroStation).
4. Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of drafting principles and practices.
– Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.Salary AED 5000 -8000 (all in) + standard benefits as per UAE law
Expected salary: 5000 per month
