Job description: Job Description:US Senior Developer to support multiple client engagements in Insurance domain. The role will require working with clients and internal onshore/offshore delivery teams in meeting the delivery goals. Strong communication, organization, problem solving skills and technical architecture knowledge are the key requirements for this role. Ideal candidate will need to have an acumen towards process improvement and automation. Will report to Senior Assistant Vice President.Job Requirements:Basic Function
- Participate in Agile Scrum Meetings with the Team. Diagnose and resolve system issues for the clients related to the LifePRO Product.
- Participate in Incident reviews and provide recommendations. Understand and comply with Agile Scrum Methodologies throughout the sprint.
- Package up client deliveries at sprint closure. Also create deliveries for the base LifePRO release and modifications.
- Work with Onshore and Onsite operations teams to help propose technical solutions to process issues
- Technical & Application related Production Support
- Critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues within a set duration of time for CSAT.
- AI understanding to assist with automation and improving processes.
Essential Functions
- Application design and development
- Assist with production support issues as they arise
- Help & Troubleshoot Application specific issues
- Understand the business requirements working with operations / functional teams
- Create/Produce project specific technical content (including but not limited to User Manuals/ Requirement/ Design/ Test/ Operations Documents)
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage
- Having experience on Life Admin Systems/ Life Insurance, Annuity products will be added advantage

- Operations Team (Noida), Onshore Product Team, Senior Leadership of EXL LifePRO & Business
- Fellow Exec/ Sr. Exec/ LAM / AM & Managers (Delivery and Support) with in EXL LifePRO
