- Identify market opportunities and formulate plans to capture new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals & Mentor the same strategy to the commercial team to drive performance.
- Drive business growth by identifying and targeting new markets and revenue streams
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the commercial team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure elevated levels of productivity, motivation, and professionalism within the department.
Expected salary: 25000 per month
