- Lead all commercial and contractual activities across assigned infrastructure programs
- Finalize contractor payment certificates and ensure timely approvals
- Manage change control processes, including Variation Orders and cost evaluation
- Supervise quantity surveyors or third-party consultants in post-contract execution
- Analyze and respond to contractual claims and correspondence
- Monitor and advise on contractor resource allocations and deliverables
- Ensure contractual compliance, documentation, and reporting integrity
- Oversee preparation of Final Accounts with supporting evidence and cost breakdowns
- Provide strategic commercial advice to the internal team and clients
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial and contract management, including GCC infrastructure exposure
- Strong command of contractual documentation and claim assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and external consultants
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered status with RICS or CIArb
- Prior experience in Middle East infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international contracting standards
- Proven ability to work independently while delivering high-impact contractual outcomes
