This role is tailored for individuals with a background in professional services consulting, who understand the nuances of client engagement, acquisition strategy, and corporate structuring.The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our client base, particularly in the areas of business incorporation, corporate acquisitions, and market entry advisory services in the UAE region.WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU?As a Senior Business Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Acquisition – Generate leads and onboard clients seeking incorporation, acquisition, and corporate structuring advisory.
  • Market Development – Identify new markets and channels for growth in the UAE and surrounding geographies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and business decision-makers.
  • Collaboration with Delivery Teams – Work closely with the legal, finance, and advisory teams to shape proposals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Brand Representation – Represent DVS at relevant industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Track sales performance, analyze trends, and present insights to the Business Head.

RequirementsIN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE – YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the professional services consulting industry.
  • Strong exposure to client acquisition in domains like company incorporation, cross-border structuring, and market entry advisory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the UAE business ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and client needs.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Expected salary: 5000 per month
