About your new role:

As the Digital Senior Business Analyst you’ll drive positive change by collaborating with Retail Business, Digital Services, and Delivery Partner leaders. You will understand business and customer needs, operating independently to deliver initiatives that drive digital innovation and transformation.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, including Senior Management, to gather and understand requirements for digital projects.
  • Understanding data trends to work through the production issues and recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
  • Creating user stories and use cases to articulate digital solution features and functionality.
  • Playing the role of Scrum master to coach the team on Agile (Scrum) practices and to remove blockers.
  • Contributing towards BA community by skills and knowledge sharing.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst gained within the energy industry (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities ensuring clear understanding of expectations and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau

You can be located at any major EQL location such as Brisbane, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton, Toowoomba or Townsville The remuneration for your new role is:

· 9 day fortnight – $140K to $161K plus 12.75% super

· 10-day fortnight – $159K to $182K plus 12.75% super
