Job description: DescriptionOur client is a leading TIER 1 Main Contractor, known for delivering iconic projects across the UAE.With 4 new projects secured in the last 6 weeks worth AED 2.4 billion, we are urgently hiring 4 Senior Architectural Coordinators to join their team.Role Overview:
As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful design coordination and delivery of high-profile projects.You will be responsible for managing shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, NOCs, and ensuring smooth design management and coordination.You will work closely with clients, consultants, and the supply chain to maintain communication, adaptability, and project momentum in an ever-changing environment.What We’re Looking For:
- •Strong expertise in Architecture, Structures, or Interior Design
- •Proven experience in handling shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and design coordination
- •Ability to manage change efficiently, including value engineering and material/client modifications
- •Excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
- •Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining project schedules and quality standards
