Senior Applications Analyst, Mast Technology Services, Inc., Reynoldsburg, OH. Work very closely with the business teams from Finance, Sales Accounting, and Stores Team. Provide techno-functional expertise to SAP CAR (Sales Audit)/POSDTA product. Responsible for oversight of the Sales Audit department, including detail and accounting reconciliation for activity relating to ensuring all sales data is properly polled and recorded in the company’s ledgers. Work with business stakeholders to support the day-to-day delivery of the Sales Audit process. Provide technical support and execute changes to manage business peaks for sales. Enable the Sales audit team to make new changes based on POS changes. Liaise with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, perform Fit/Gap Analysis resulting in RICEFW objects, configuration, functional design of RICEFW objects, system architecture, development (including coding), testing and support for any future changes. Needed for new business situations like new stores opening, introduction of new tenders/payment types, new sales channel etc. Assist business stakeholders to understand best practices to unlock the capabilities of SAP CAR Data Transfer & Audit (DT&A). Lead prototyping sessions and develop conference room pilots to demonstrate capabilities of SAP CAR POSDTA. Configure, setup, and test SAP CAR DT&A and apply SAP methodologies and solutions. Regression testing the application for every POS release will be a critical functionality. Responsible for all support activities with respect to CAR POSDTA tasks and activities including POSDTA Monitoring and SAP Retail Monitoring. Day-to-Day triage activities support – CAR, including inbound queue monitoring from POS/Middleware. Triage Job failures (QDIS/PDIS/ODIS) in SAP CAR. Core activities checks – Aggregation completion, Outbound Idocs monitoring (WE02). Support Inventory activities and feeds for E commerce. Troubleshoot Master data failures (Article, Site, Prices) and make changes. Day-to-Day triage activities support – SAP Retail and BW on HANA including inbound Sales monitoring from CAR. Triage WE02/WPER failures and resolve all technical errors, which includes ABAP code debug and fixes. Core activities checks – Billing documents posted and Accounting documents posted. Create HANA views based on the various data elements from SAP and non-SAP system to support the Omnichannel sales processing. Write SQL statements for data query and look ups. Reconciliation of point-of-sale transactions to the general ledger and other systems for US and International Operations. Generating day-to-day tender reconciliation reports. Completing month-end adjustments and corrections to interface data from the Sales Audit system to the general ledger. Review and coordinate with stakeholders if issues are found. Store operations coordination for extended hour sales posting. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required – employee may live anywhere in the United States.
Minimum Salary: $105,000.00
Maximum Salary: $143,325.00

Qualifications
Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field of study and 5 years of experience, including 5 years of experience in multiple SAP domains, including S4 HANA, ECC, Retail, CAR, and FIORI; 5 years of experience independently in SAP CAR and POSDTA implementation and operations support; 5 years of experience with end-to-end configuration for all sales transaction inbound from POS systems and outbound to multiple business applications like ECC, Data Warehouse, Fraud Detection, and Enterprise Reporting; 3 years of experience with integration patterns with ECC/POS/ and other business applications in various formats like Idocs, JSON messages, and XML; 2 years of experience hosting and configuring on various cloud providers like Azure or Google; 5 years of experience writing SQL queries on HANA studio for all sales and inventory data; 3 years of experience debugging SAP codes and fixing them using breakpoints and debugger; and 2 years of experience configuring the DMF, UDF, and DDF in SAP CAR for demand planning and forecasting.
