- This is a hybrid position with the expectation to work in the office 4 days per week

- Compensation: $130,000 – 145,000 per year.

Senior Analyst, SAP Finance:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst SAP Finance to join our dynamic team. Senior Analyst SAP finance will be responsible for leading and supporting finance projects including analyzing, designing, building, testing and implementation of finance solutions. This position will be collaborating with all internal IT teams and business segments to align and integrate finance solutions.Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and maintain expert knowledge/leadership in functional support of SAP in the areas of Finance and Controlling (FICO)
- Develop and facilitate user trainings on new or modified systems in cooperation with departmental resources
- Provide analytical and technical guidance and advice to users and associates regarding functional capabilities of the SAP modules and technical environment
- Investigate and evaluate alternative technical solutions and make recommendations regarding prevalent business issues
- Communicate complex specifications cross functionally with technical and non-technical resources to implement new process/solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze new opportunities to proactively leverage SAP and other technologies across the organization to improve business processes
- Translate SAP requirements to functional specifications for reporting, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
- Support development and maintenance of project scope/objectives through requirements gathering, goal prioritization, planning, scheduling, identification of risks, and contingency plans
- Ensure a detailed analysis of incoming service requests, incidents, problems or fast-track demands
- Ensure the planning, control, and implementation of cross-departmental and transnational IT projects, possibly involving internal and external partners
- Build and support solutions to meet audit and tax compliance requirements.
- Proactively recommend, design, develop, and implement business processes and systems involving 3rd party technologies that may or may not interact with SAP to effectively meet business objectives
- Acts as a liaison between the Technology Department and business units by opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with technology

8 – 10 years of experience working within SAP FICO/COPA modules required
Demonstrated hands-on-skills on FICO configuration concepts related to: GL, AA, AR, AP, FSCM, Project Systems, & COPA required
Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies and SDLC required
Applied knowledge of ERP constructs required
ABAP debugging is a plus
Experience with third party integrations with SAP and other ERPs preferred
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards required
Experience with the SAP Fiori environment preferred
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
