Job description: Our client is currently looking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join their team in Dubai.

This individual will be required to deliver expertise in Local Content (LC) and In-Country Value (ICV) related topics within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinating the end-to-end LC certification process.
- Attending LC trainings, proactively build LC network, reach out to LC auditors and authority.
- Attend trainings to understand upcoming changes to calculations.
- Coordinate & educate internal.
- Monitor to ensure the maintenance of agreed internal initiatives and provide periodic feedback to stakeholders.
- Support in setting up new entities in the region.
- Support and monitor cases impacted by an ICV score.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firm
- Professional Accounting Qualification preferred
- Internal or external audit experience preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Salary: 21-24k
