Seeking candidates with 2-3 years audit assurance experience and 2-4 years in building technologies and facility management, preferably with UAE exposure. Qualifications include ICMA/CMA/CA/ACCA. Responsibilities encompass financial reporting, audit coordination, compliance management, financial analysis, tax compliance, management reporting, financial systems management, and cash flow management. Desired skills include advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent presentation skills. Experience with ERP & EPM implementation is preferred. Industry: 2-4 Years Building Technologies, Facility Management “Maintenance & Service” (UAE Experience) Qualification: ICMA/CMA/CA/ACCA

Expected salary: 12000 per month
