  • Utilize a proven sales methodology to identify, plan, qualify, develop, demonstrate, and close opportunities (RaaS, SaaS)
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that reflect a deep understanding of customers’ business needs
  • Drive revenue retention and growth, enhance account profitability, foster customer satisfaction
  • Pursue long-term account strategies that maximize profits and encourage customer retention
  • Build strong working relationships with executives at all levels
  • Deliver presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our product, solution, or service offerings
  • Provide management with recommendations to improve sales volume, market share, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast using Salesforce.com
  • Travel to meet with customers and prospects as necessary
  • Negotiate terms of agreements with management and successfully close sales
  • Collaborate closely with partners to build and develop an effective partner strategy
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the 3PL industry, selling warehouse automation solutions
  • Experience selling hardware and robotics focused solutions to enterprise customers
  • Experienced with both hunting and farming, selling to global organizations
  • Experience with long sales cycles and multi-million-dollar deals
  • Preference for experience with mobile robotics solutions and Robotics as a Service (RaaS)
  • Extensive background in supply chain, logistics, distribution and/or fulfillment centers

Compensation:

  • $150K salary
  • $300K OTE
