About The Role:
The Self-Assurance Design and Improvement Consultant will lead continuous improvement and self-assurance communities of practice across the Industry and Education Portfolio. Using information gathered through collaboration across the communities of practice, the role will develop tools and process improvement activities to support self-assurance and continuous improvement across Bendigo Kangan Institute’s Education Centres.

- Degree in business or education or demonstrated work experience in quality management or project management in an educational environment.
- Demonstrated organisational and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience using student management systems such as Moodle.
- Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to research and apply evidence-based results to improve processes and service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge sharing across a range of stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners to achieve agreed outcomes.
