- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through ongoing assessments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or license.
- Proven experience working as a Secondary School Teacher.
- In-depth knowledge of the curriculum and standards for the specific subject area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of different learners.

Expected salary: 7000 – 9000 per month
