Job description: A UK experienced secondary Design and Technology teacher is required at this lovely school in Dubai for August 2024.At least 2 years experience teaching DT in a British school is required, as is UK QTSA prestigious private school in Dubai are looking for the best teachers who have solid English National Curriculum teaching experience, promotion in post and consistency in a school.To plan, deliver and assess the teaching of DT from Year 6 to Year 11 for the next academic year.
To be a Middle School form tutor, responsible for the pastoral care of the tutor group on a daily basis.Essential Attributes
Native-level English language skills
Bachelor’s degree DT or similar, with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching DT in the UK or a reputable British school overseas
A track record of outstanding GSCE and/or A Level examination results
A track record of outstanding teaching and learning and an ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environmentSalary/Package
- AED10,000 – 15,000 depending on relevant years’of experience tax free plus end of service gratuity
