– Bachelors degree in the subject that you are teaching as this is a Ministry requirement
– Qualified Teacher Status – school really wants UK training if not IB experienced
– IB background is a huge plus
– Experience of at least 2 years but less will be considered by exception
– Open to a student centred approach and be willing and able to work in an international setting in which cultural sensitivity and language differentiation is a must
