  • Overall responsible for the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules- Employee Central, Payroll, On-boarding and Recruitment.
  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR and payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.
  • Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in SAP HR and Payroll modules to design comprehensive solutions that address our internal business needs, adhere to regulatory requirements, and optimize efficiency.
  • Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance, Time Management).
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of HR and Payroll configurations and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business requirements. Address any issues identified during testing and validation phases.
  • Training and Change Management: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR users and managers on the functionalities and processes within SAP HR and Payroll. Provide support and guidance to facilitate smooth adoption and change management.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of solution designs, configurations, & processes. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accessible for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about SAP HR and Payroll updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within our internal HR ecosystem.

Skills:

  • 10-15 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and

Payroll. * Minimum of 3 end to end full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central, Payroll,Recruitment and On-boarding. * In-depth knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including Personnel Administration, OrganizationalManagement, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and Reporting. * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration techniques within HR andPayroll modules. * Strong understanding of GCC region specific HR and Payroll compliance requirements, regulations, and bestpractices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HR stakeholders, technicalteams, and business users. * Experience in training and change management, with a focus on driving user adoption and maximizing the valueof SAP SuccessFactors investments. * SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central, Payroll, On-boarding and Recruitment is preferred.

Expected salary: 15000 – 25000 per month
