Pay Range: $70 – $80 per hour on W2Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst to lead the development and implementation of software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves continuous improvement of business processes through technological advancements, managing projects and software lifecycles. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve system issues, thereby maximizing IT system benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct participation in the analysis, configuration, modification, and implementation of IT Business Systems.
- Leading business discussions and collaborating with internal IT partners.
- Identifying, communicating, and resolving system issues to optimize IT system benefits.
- Conducting analysis of system specifications and configurations; developing appropriate documentation.
- Designing solutions, defining requirements, conducting functional design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and its integration with MM and FICO modules.
- Experience with EDI/IDOCS and interfacing with non-SAP systems.
- Proficiency in process flow creation and documentation.
Industry Experience Required:
- Previous experience in roles focusing on SAP ERP Systems, particularly with SAP SD module analysis and implementation.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition and external tax systems (e.g., Vertex) is a plus.
