Job description: DescriptionPosition at JBS USASAP SD ANALYST IIIPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a SAP SD Analyst III for JBS IT that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.The role involves various tasks such as process mapping, designing, configuration, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, end-user training, documentation, ongoing maintenance, and enhancements for SAP ECC and S4 Hana in areas like Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Logistics Business Network (LBN), Cloud for Customer (C4C), Fiori Apps, and Systems integration. Additionally, there are growth opportunities in CRM, Blacksmith, Esker, third-party warehouses, shop floor systems, and new applications.Candidates must be eager to learn new functionalities, grow with the role, and be a key team member. This role also provides SAP support for global installations. The successful candidate should be able to analyze and document end-to-end business flows.As the SAP SD, LE, GTS, TM, LBN Functional Analyst Lead, you will work directly with business teams, SAP super users, sales accounting, IT management, and other IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements to existing SAP sales and distribution templates and manage new projects.Responsibilities:
- Design and Support: Responsible for designing and supporting SAP implementations and production support tasks on SAP S4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Logistics Business Network (LBN), Cloud for Customer (C4C), Fiori Apps, and Systems integration.
- Process Improvements: Improve business processes based on recurring issues in sales, delivery, shipping, shipment cost documents, billing, and dispute claims.
- TM Functionalities: Work on TM functionalities including business partners, transportation lanes, locations, rates, charge calculations, OTR/DTR, freight units, container units, freight orders, freight bookings, planning profiles, transportation planning, freight settlement, disputes management, claims processing, third-party integrations, optimizer and manual planning (rail, road, sea), OTC integration, and GTS integrations.
- GTS Functionalities: Configure and enhance GTS functionalities including customs management, compliance management, PHIS integration, sanctioned party lists, embargo, legal controls, letter of credit integration, license management, product classification, forms, and integration with sub-systems (AES, CBP, banks, and others).
- Documentation: Work on business requirements documents, business process flows, business test cases, and systems data mappings.
- Integration Points: Manage integration points between SAP, middleware systems (SEEBURGER, PIPO), and sub-systems.
- Microsoft Tools: Use Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio to prepare required documents.
- Solution Design: Design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
- Testing: Perform integration and regression testing to validate business functions based on configuration, EDI, and ABAP fixes and enhancements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing support.
- Project Management: Understand business needs, develop, and manage project plans.
- Monitoring and Support: Monitor and support inbound and outbound EDI Idocs and XML files, handling errors to fulfill business sales, delivery, shipping, and billing transactional data with stakeholders.
- Output Maintenance: Maintain output types and condition records for sales, delivery, billing, shipments, and other transactional data, handling errors.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve SAP system sales functionality by implementing new technologies.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: At least 6+ years in ERP, SAP SD, GTS, LBN, LE, and TM systems, including business blueprints, process flows, user training, and configuration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong desire to solve problems and develop solutions through configuration.
- Order to Cash Knowledge: Expertise in Pricing, Quotations, Sales Order Entry, ATP, Rebates, Accruals, Order Fulfillment, Sales Invoicing, Shipping/Transportation, Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Freight Bookings, Freight Settlements, Service Entry Sheets, Global Trade Services, Customs Management, Compliance Management, Billing and Payments, and Idocs/XML integrations.
- Master Data: Working knowledge of master data requirements and setup.
- SAP Modules: Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SCM, WM, MM, GTS, TM, LBN, 3PLs).
- Data Migration: Experience with SAP Data Migration and Interfaces (LSMW, LTMC, SAP Query, and other tools).
- Documentation: Proven history of documenting business process flows, system design, and functional specifications.
- Application Support: Ability to understand and apply how applications support business processes.
- Self-Starter: Must be able to take full responsibility for module development activities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Task Completion: Strong determination to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Teamwork: Active participant in discussions, strong team player, and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
- Industry Experience: Preferred experience in the food and beverage industry and distribution.
- Specialized Systems: Experience with FSCM Dispute Management, HighRadius, ESKER, certified SAP tax management solutions (e.g., Vertex), and SAP SD, LE, TM, GTS, LBN, LSP, S4 Hana, 3PL, and systems integration.
- Technical Skills: SAP MM, IM with Batch Management experience, and ability to read and understand ABAP.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Base salary range of $90,000-$110,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
