Work from home – HybridDuration: Full Time onlyJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in SAP ABAP Workflow, ABAP OOPS, ABAP Web Services, BRF, SAP WebDynpro for Java ,WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP.Responsibilities:
- Own the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate the design and development of ABAP programs using ABAP OOPS and Core ABAP.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP ABAP Workflow and ABAP Web Services.
- Develop and maintain BRF (Business Rules Framework) applications.
- Implement and support SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and requirements.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP ABAP solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure consistency to best practices and coding standards.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Role Qualifications:
- 6+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Must have solid experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS and ABAP Web Services.
- Proficient in BRF (Business Rules Framework) and Core ABAP.
- Experience with SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nice to have Finance & Accounting or Hi-Tech industry experience.
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
