- Support and assist Project Manager in key tasks as identified in the delivery of Project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office project is mandatory
- Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies by the client.Assist Project Manager in coordinating with the Project teams to define and refine the project scope.
- Performs project management office duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.Monitor and report on the effective management of resources, identify and highlight any pinch points or risks to Project Manager.
- Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Responsible for maintaining best practices on projects Manage best practice through control practices and documenting status and strategic outcomes Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
- SAP Implementation /support for minimum 5 years, including S/4HANA Has at least 3 years of experience in PMO activities, support and assist Project Manager in project financials, resource co-ordination and governance.Waterfall and Agile Project Management Proven working experience in Project Management Office
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Leadership in cross functional teams
- Adaptability in dynamic environments, especially during system cutovers or go-lives
Additional beneficial skills include: Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects ITIL / ITSM practices andmethodologies,PMP Certification (Preferred)
Expected salary: 15000 – 18000 per month
