Job description: SAP ABAP & BTP Developer IIUnited States ● Virtual Req #749Thursday, February 20, 2025This role pays $83,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.The SAP ABAP Software Developer II is responsible for designing, creating, and enhancing SAP programs and applications. Thisposition will translate business and functional requirements into cohesive technical specifications and strong solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing the development and maintenance of system documentation, procedures, and standards.In this role, the candidate must have technical hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating SAP processes.Successful candidate for this job must have a strong knowledge of:Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, including hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Proficient in developing SAP Fiori applications using web technologiesSAP UI5and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).In-depth knowledge of IDoc, ALE/EDI, BAPI, and SAP enhancement techniques such as BADI and User Exits, along with expertise in Adobe Forms and Smart Forms.Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, data modeling, and database principles.Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration, leveragingvarious BTP services, and developing applications using SAP Business Application Studio.Expertise in OData Service development, RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP), and Cloud Application Programming (CAP), including the creation, modification, and optimization of database views and models.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modulesDemonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide support for SAP-related issues, resolving functional issues promptly.Work directly with SAP on a technical level to solve application issues.Investigate complex SAP notes, understand potential system impact, and work with Functional and BASIS resources to apply appropriate notes.Conduct Technical unit testing of the developed objects/solution and provide full life cycle documentation.Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.Interact and communicate effectively with all technical and functional teams.QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOBSkills and Requirements6+ years of SAP experience.Participation in at least one complete cycle of SAP implementations.At least 6 years of relevant experience in delivering enterprise business solutions.At least 6 years of SAP ABAP development experienceExperience implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is highly desired.Experience / EducationBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or an equivalent combination of coursework and demonstrateddirect job experience.Experience with projects integrating SAP to cloud platforms.Experience working with remote teams and matrixed reporting environments.Knowledge and experience in wholesale, consumer, and retail channels and integrating those into an SAP ERP platform.Experience with integration e-commerce and other SaaS consumer platforms is a plus.Experience working with business intelligence and data analytics teams to deliver business reporting is a plus.Previousexperience working in the consumer goods or food industry is highly preferred.What We OfferComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance and legal insurance401(k) with company match that is immediatelyvestedLife and ADD insuranceOpportunities for career growth with a dynamic company thatis changing the landscape of fresh meals.Paid time offOur Values at WorkWe believe that ACTIONS speak louder than words and our company values align to those ACTIONS.In Our Daily Work, This Looks LikeACCOUNTABILITY: Set clear objectivesand prioritize your tasks.
