- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator & Platform Developer I) a plus.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator with strong configuration, customization, and development skills.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, middleware).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and collaboratively.
