- Support deal closures by preparing competitive quotes, managing supplier negotiations, and coordinating with Logistics for order fulfilment.
- Ensure quick response times on quote requests and order submissions.
- Communicate regularly with customers on order status, addressing inquiries from customers, vendors, and the internal team within specified timelines.
- Assist the CEO with reporting and administrative duties, while managing an 8-member team across sales, accounting, and logistics departments.
Expected salary: 9000 per month
