Job description: We are looking for a Sales Supervisor – Healthcare (Consumables) who will be responsible for achieving the sales targets set by the company for the financial year. This role requires providing sales support through product presentations to ensure optimal usage of healthcare consumable products. The Sales Supervisor will implement strategic sales techniques for both existing and new customers, playing a key role in driving future growth. Additionally, the role involves offering sales vision, direction, and leadership to a designated team while creating and executing effective sales strategies for the company’s entire product range across the UAE, with a focus on both government and private sectors.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within the UAE healthcare sector. Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic. Familiarity with the UAE healthcare industry, particularly the government and private sectors, is crucial. Candidates must possess solid organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and report preparation.
