We are looking for a Vice President, Solution Consulting to join our expanding Solution Consulting team. This position is preferred to be out of Boston, Dallas or Chicago, with flexibility for the “right” candidate. This position will require some travel (up to 40%) and management of multiple concurrent projects and priorities, often on tight timelines. The successful candidate must be highly organized, communicate and present in a professional and engaging manner, listen well and collaborate effectively.

Solution Consulting Mission:

To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Epsilon’s sales process and organization to meet new business development goals.

  • Streamline and optimize the application of resources to new business pursuits

Responsibilities:

The Vice President, Solution Consulting will work with the sales team, client services team, project delivery team, platform, technology team and other content experts to identify, qualify, cultivate and pursue new business opportunities. The Vice President, Solution Consulting will be assigned and serve as the bid manager for each opportunity and will be responsible for the coordination of sales pursuit activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, mentoring, and training of sales team on ID based solutions

Required experience/background:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in ID based/pseudonymous marketing – competitor experience is ideal
  • Technology background, with ability to bridge the gap between technology and business (marketing, analytics, IT)
  • 5+ years experience in a client service environment
  • Bachelors degree required, Advanced Degree preferred

  • Consultative approach – ability to conduct research and lead discovery discussions

  • Experience in contributing to RFP responses as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to be a good story teller to various decision makers across Marketing/IT/Analytics

Technical skills:

  • Technical knowledge of online identity solutions and implementations in the digital ecosystem (Merkle, Neustar, LiveRamp, Signal, Unified ID, Google FLoC, Facebook, etc.)
  • Technical knowledge of the overall online advertising ecosystem (DSP, DMP, Ad Networks/Exchanges, Programatic advertising, Attribution & Measurement)
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging & digital data collection
  • Technical knowledge of data clean rooms
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and implications on data collection & usage
  • Technical knowledge of social media monitoring / management platforms (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Technical knowledge of web analytics solutions (i.e. Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.) (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Technical knowledge of content management systems (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, CrownPeak, etc.) (preferred, not mandatory)
