The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the logistics industry.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition –
- Identify and target potential clients in the designated sales territory.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.Relationship Management –
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and propose customized solutions.
Growing existing business and cross selling with existing clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Sales Presentations and Proposals –
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Create detailed proposals outlining services, pricing and value propositions.Requirements
- Matric Qualifications (Non-Negotiable).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-orientated and self-motivated with a track record of meetings or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
