In this role, you will drive operational excellence by managing and optimizing sales workflows, coordinating partnership activities, and supporting the overall efficiency of the sales and partnership teams.   • Manage and optimize the Zoho CRM system to ensure data accuracy, streamline sales activities, and generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts while tracking sales activities and client interactions within the CRM.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups, preparing materials, and maintaining reports.
  • Oversee and ensure a seamless workflow across the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to ensure timely client activities, communication and follow-ups.

Sales & Partnership Coordinator

  • Partnership Support Assist in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong records for partners.
  • Maintain a 15-day engagement calendar for activated partners, ensuring regular touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and organize monthly engagement events with partners (e.g., lunches/dinners), tracking details like date, venue, and costs.
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Share partner-referred leads with the sales team, updating partners on progress, and maintaining the Partner Lead Referral Tracker in Zoho CRM. Ensure timely coordination of partner payments and financial engagements.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting Generate detailed reports on sales and partnership activities, including KPI tracking and trend analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies across all sales operations activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, finance, and customer success—to enhance efficiency and alignment.
  • Monitor daily updates from the sales and partnership teams, ensuring they maintain trackers and task progress for leadership review. Provide a daily scorecard to track individual sales performance and overall team progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support related to Zoho CRM and other sales tools.
  • Business Communication Management:
  • Respond promptly to messages from leads, clients, partners, and internal teams via email and business WhatsApp. Assign tasks based on communication inputs after consulting with leadership and update tasks in Trello.
  • Sales & Partnership Coordinator: Direct leads to the appropriate sales team members and track their progress in Zoho CRM.

RequirementsQualifications:

  • Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years in sales operations, CRM management, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is required; certification in Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and use it to inform decision-making.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and advanced knowledge of Zoho CRM features and integration

Skills and RequirementsStrong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in tools like Trello, Pipedrive, Calendly, and HubSpot.Experience in partner engagement and lead management is preferred.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
