Job description: Responsibilities:Identifying and contacting potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers in the perfume / beauty industrySeeking and managing bulk orders and purchasesEstablishing new and existing long-term business relationshipsNegotiating contract terms and conditions with business partners and vendorsDeveloping and achieving sales objectivesReviewing sales figures and performancesAnalysing and developing strategies to maximize salesAttending trade shows, meetings, and networking eventsSupervising and reviewing employee’s performanceOrganizing and maintaining inventoryEnsuring all shipments are received and dispatched on timeReviewing sales KPIs and preparing sales reportAnticipating demand and acquiring new materialsLiaise efficiently with internal departments – Finance / Logistics etcRequired Skills:Proven work experience as a Sales ManagerExcellent analytical and negotiation skillsContacts within the perfume and beauty industryGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skillsAbility to leverage business-building opportunitiesBe a team player
Expected salary: 18000 – 22000 per month
