Job description: Job DescriptionOur client, a leading manufacturer within the Specialty Chemicals industry, is looking to hire a Sales Manager GCC within the (Oil & Gas) sector based in Dubai. Budget: AED 20K – 22K + BenefitsNote: the candidate must have experience of drilling fluid applications in the Oil & Gas sector.Sales Manager – GCCResponsibility:1. According to the company’s business development strategy & plan, product performance characteristics, develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans for the paint, building materials and oil & gas industry in the region, and achieve the short, medium, and long-term sales goals set by the company2. Responsible for the business expansion, technical and logistics service and support to the key customers in the region to ensure that the company has a leading market share at these key accounts.3. Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of sales channels in the region. Assist partners in expanding the market and provide timely technical services and support to ensure full market coverage and customer satisfaction.4. Grasp the overall market demand, industry changes, and competitive situation of bentonite and rheological additives in the region and share with the company’s different functional teams in a timely manner to develop corresponding solutions and sales strategies.5. Participate in various activities organized by industry associations and related exhibitions to actively promote the company’s products, brand and market image in the regionQualification: * Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, has at least 3 years sales, marketing or technical working experience in related specialty chemical industries-coating, building materials or oil & gas industry.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven with a hunter mentality to take ownership and excel in high-pressure environments.
- Willing to travel and good in internal & external personal communicational skill
