Job description: Job DetailsAs a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.Prepare annual sales forecasts.Team Management:Lead, train, and manage a team of sales Engineers.Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Identify and pursue new Controls & BMS business opportunities within UAE.Sales Operations:Monitor monthly sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.Prepare regular sales reports, order pipeline and present findings to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Market Expansion:Identify and explore new markets and channels in UAE for the growth of Controls & BMS.Develop and execute plans to expand the company’s presence in the UAE market.Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.Financial Management:Negotiate for Projects, contracts and agreements with customers and partners.Ensure profitable sales growth and contribute to the company’s overall financial objectives.Oversee and assist the AR and assist in Collection.RequirementsWe are looking for people who minimum you must have:Bachelor degree of Engineering, (Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/Instrumentation) MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management in BMS/Controls business in the UAEStrong Knowledge in BMS & HVAC Controls Systems and SolutionsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.Company DescriptionCarrier Global Corporation, global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is committed to making the world safer, sustainable and more comfortable for generations to come.
