Job title: Sales Manager (Building Material Sales)

Job description:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, assess client needs, and suggest appropriate products.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities.
- Prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients and consultants.
- Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms.
- Manage customer requirements, provide product education, and deliver post-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor activity.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Prepare annual sales plan for the company.
Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: As per UAE Labor LawRequirements: • 5 years’ proven Experience in sales, specifically in the building materials sector, Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- A valid driving license is a must.
- Proven track record in building materials sales, preferably from luxury construction material products.
