Job description: New opportunity for seasoned hotel Sales Managers – we are recruiting for two positions – Corporate & Leisure/ MICE backgrounds – with this internationally branded hotel based in the UAE.As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to implement all sales activities, maximising business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves implementation & execution of all sales action plans. Responsibilities:Ensure comprehensive & complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts managerial & departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets & maximum productivityImplement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets setEstablish parameters, quotes & negotiate prices with customers for transient & group business in connection with the propertiesProvide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone & direct mail in its market areasEstablish & maintain files of major accounts & assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management systemEnsure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations.Requirements:4 years within hotel Sales department in a leadership positionBachelor’s degree in related fieldAbu Dhabi Market experienceFluency in English
Expected salary: 15000 per month
